Nathanna Darkstream is a Maelstrom Officer that moved up the ranks, first joining the Yellow Jackets with her brother when they were old enough to join. Throughout the years with her brother at her side, the two collected a band of former pirates or adventurers, forming their own successful squad.Overtime, as skill sets broadened and those in their group picked their masteries, Nathanna went the direction of scholar/summoner, spending endless amounts of time learning how she might complete the necessary requirements to take on any challenges.Time came to put her skills to test though, and in the end, was met with equal parts success and equal parts tragedy. She was temporaily suspended from the Maelstrom, where she took the time to lament her mistakes and reflect on her future. It wouldn't be until years later that she would come across a group of adventurers that slowly brought her back to reality.She married, had a child, but in the events of Endwalker lost her husband in tragedy. Having know lost and pain of losing a loved one, she endured for her daughter's sake, despite how much she wished to run and leave.Now she had semi-retired from adventuring in favor of working for the Maelstrom full time, and providing her daughter a good, supportive life.
